Sausage Gravy

  • 1 pkg. New Breed Sizzling Sausage, crumbled
  • oil, for sautéing
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup unflavored plant-based milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Bragg liquid aminos (or tamari sauce)
  • 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes


Step 1

Blend cashews, milk, water, onion powder, garlic powder, Bragg and nutritional yeast until smooth.

    Step 2

    Crumble New Breed Sizzling Sausages into a pan with oil and cook until browned.

    Step 3

    Add gravy to browned sausage crumbles and cook until thickened, adding parsley flakes. Garnish with fresh chives and serve over fresh-baked biscuits.
