1 lb. linguine, penne or bowtie pasta

1 pkg. New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick’n

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 sprigs of thyme

2 scallions, chopped

2 bay leaves

3 cups non-dairy milk

2 TB chicken-style seasoning

2 TB nutritional yeast

2 TB coconut oil

salt, to taste

juice of 1 lemon

3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes 


Prepare pasta as instructed. Drain, set aside.

Prepare New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick’n as directed on package, set aside.

Saute onion, garlic, peppers, scallions, thyme and bay leaves.

Add milk, chicken-style seasoning and nutritional yeast.

Add drained pasta and toss until sauce thickens and coats the pasta. Lastly, toss in browned jerk chick'n and serve.
